Head of E-Commerce - Textiles - North West
We are looking to recruit an exceptional Head of E-Commerce for a leading textile business based in the North West. Heading the E-Commerce business (across own website, marketplaces and partner channels) in the UK and responsible for delivering the digital KPIs and revenue targets for the business. You will be a cross-functional strategic leader with expertise in Online Sales Operations across all functions such as Performance Marketing, Technology, Supply Chain, Merchandizing, Customer Experience and Business Operations

Key responsibilities:

P&L management, Business development, JVs and Alliances, Category management, New Launches, Turnaround for underperforming categories
Stakeholder Management - Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization - marketing, merchandizing, supply chain, technology, finance
Business Strategy -Identification and Rollout of new business opportunities - New Categories, Products, Licensing opportunities
Identify and define target market segments and design portfolio strategy
Define channel strategy - business model, product offering on each platform and support/operations model
Drive key account management in line with the distribution strategy to continuously improve online presenc
Build and manage strategic partnerships with partners such as Google, Marketplaces (Amazon, Wayfair)
Oversee marketing budget planning (across performance marketing, brand marketing, and content marketing), brand and category management initiatives,
promotions and associated spends, and customer research and audience understanding activities
Collaborate in managing supply chain operations for effectively serving the ecommerce orders. This covers DC setup, store setups, courier partnerships,
inventory management etc. Ensure order fulfilment from stores & DCs within customer promise.
Oversee channel-wise merchandizing activities across category, assortment planning and promotions planning
Work closely with technology team on the technology roadmap, simplify the consumer journey, resolve pain points, and deliver an elevated shopping experience

The successful candidate:
*Minimum experience of 5-7 years in E-Commerce/ P&L Management (preferably in Home Textiles, Home Décor, Apparel or Retail sector) with minimum 1-2 years of experience in a strategic senior leadership role
*A pragmatic leader capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
*Extensive leadership experience in E-Commerce business, retail, textiles, fashion brands
*Familiar with the E-Commerce front-end tools (Google Analytics, Magento, etc.) and back end tools (Channel Advisor, Salsify, etc.)
*Skilled in balancing the intersection of strategy and execution (Tech, customer experience, revenue growth, cost efficiencies)
