Job description

We are working with a leading global B2B organisation who have an immediate requirement for an experienced Marketing Executive on a 12-month contact.

As Marketing Executive, you'll be focusing on external events, online webinars, email campaigns, direct mailers and ABM campaigns. You will play a key role in assisting the preparation and delivery of a range of field marketing activities for the Enterprise and Public Sector teams in the UK Region. The Enterprise team focus on generating sales from organisations with a seat count of 1000+.

Key Responsibilities:
-Working with marketing managers and Enterprise team leads, take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
-Working with a marketing plan, prepare and manage a project of deliverables from start to finish, providing updates of barriers to progress and milestones achieved
-Developing strategic event marketing campaigns. Conceptualise, produce and measure alternative event-driven marketing programs from non-traditional presence at events to thought leadership events
-Executing highly effective events that communicate the companies brand and thought leadership to businesses and users.
-Oversee all aspects of event management and production: content and program development, design briefs, AV production, vendor management, logistics, invitations (email and printed), promotions, etc.
-Research new programs and activities for consideration into the field marketing plan
- Oversee process of allocating leads to sales teams to ensure timely follow up and opportunity creation
-Assist with the reporting on all field marketing initiatives for weekly management reports

Essential Skills and Experience:
-5+ years' marketing experience (ideally including 2 years of event management experience)
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- A great team player, enthusiastic and proactive
- Social media and integrated campaign skills/ experience are of additional interest
-Bachelor's degree in marketing/business from an accredited institution or equivalent (desirable)
