Job description

We're delighted to be partnering with Ignite Growth to help them find their next Facebook Ads Manager on a perm basis.

They're looking for a Facebook Ads manager with 1-3 years experience in paid ads/lead generation to join their growing team of 14. You will be involved with more than a dozen clients from day one and after initial coaching & training, you would get own the client campaigns from start to finish.

Your responsibilities
*Set up and manage client Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns from start to finish - this includes setting up ads and landing pages and making sure everything runs smoothly!
*Test out new campaigns and strategies for different types of cosmetic and surgical treatments and procedures
*Monitor KPIs, check-up on campaigns daily and update ones that need a refresh - by tweaking the creative, copy or audience targeting, as required
*Working with a copywriter to get new ad copy developed to test and roll out to client campaigns
*Set up automations for clients including SMS, email and CRM automations and even Messenger Bots & other integrations
*Lots of potential to get involved in other directions in the business including copywriting, creative/design, landing page design - all depends on your interests & skills!

*Keen to attend training courses on things like Facebook ads and Messenger Bots
*A problem solver and a bit 'geeky' and techy when it comes to figuring things out
*A self starter - can work independently with the right coaching and guidance
*Willing to learn and gets excited about training and learning new things
*A decent head for numbers - being able to interpret basic advertising stats to troubleshoot and analyse campaigns
*Happy to work in a flexible environment and adapt to change
*Detailed-focused and meticulous
