Our client is a highly successful market leader within the services sector with a high-profile brand. They are looking for a Early Careers Advisor to support with learning delivery and manage all early careers activity.

You'll be joining a dedicated & engaged Learning and Development function, part of a wider HR team and will be afforded a great deal of autonomy whilst working within a supportive, values driven business.

The role in more detail

As Early Careers Advisor, you will be focussed on the apprenticeship scheme, graduate programmes, professional development and talent management programmes across the business. Shaping the emerging talent offering you will be responsible for managing third-party provider relationships while working in true partnership with stakeholders across the business. Creating and building solid working relationships will be key.

What are they looking for from a Early Careers Advisor?

Passionate about learning, you will have end to end talent management experience and previous experience working on talent management programmes, graduate schemes, and apprenticeships. You will need an energetic and tenacious approach and possess excellent stakeholder management, in order to gain credibility from your business group and promote the value of the development programme.

Ideal candidates will have CIPD L5 or equivalent qualification and gained experience working within a large multifaceted, highly operational business.
