The role:

We're helping Prime Global find an exceptional Digital Strategy Director to lead and develop the digital strategy for a wide range of multi-channel projects across the business.

Role responsibilities:

*Responsible for leading and developing a digital strategy for a wide range of multi-channel projects across the agency group.
*Developing a digital customer engagement strategy blueprint and helping implement the execution of the engagement model based on gathered research, analysis, and insights.
*Leading and managing digital strategy projects and overseeing members of the team who will be managing the project day to day and providing iterative offering enhancements along the project lifecycle. Will support new business responses through defining appropriate digital tactics for individual segments
*Present as part of pitch team in a confident and professional manner
*Responsible for the discovery phase of a project which will encompass client workshops, stakeholder interviews and mapping customer journeys to inform messaging strategy and tactics
*Help lead new business responses, work with account, scientific, and creative teams to propose a truly integrated and innovative approach to communications.
*Will support new business responses through defining appropriate digital tactics for individual segments.

Who is the ideal candidate?

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of senior multi-channel marketing experience, with a strong digital focus in MedComms. They will also have experience in a senior digital role and presenting and influencing senior management and possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to present compelling ideas both in writing and in person. The ideal candidate will also have the ability to inspire both clients and colleague through relationship building.
They will be a strategic and creative thinking and will be ahead of the curve when it comes to digital trends with the ability to spot opportunities.
They'll possess a strong understanding of user behaviour and the ability to interpret user behaviour using data, and a relentless attitude in hitting objectives and exceeding client expectations.
