Job Title: Customer Service Administrator/Marketing Executive
Company: Innovative Service Solutions Company, 10 staff.
Location: South Greater Manchester
Focus of the role: Dual role 70:30 hybrid role internal customer service and internal marketing duties.
Status of the role: Full-Time
Based in the office for the first 2 months learning the business. From Month 3-4: WFH 2 days a week.
Base Salary: £25k-£30k
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Customer service administration duties
*Processing order receipts, order actions
*Purchasing
*Stock & credit control
*Liaising with colleagues to ensure a smooth running of customer admin
*Some PA duties
*General management of the office
Once settled in the role there will be a transition to include some marketing duties including:
*Managing the social media accounts (in-house support and training provided)
*Creating some marketing literature
*Assisting in organising & attending some UK events (from 2022 COVID guidelines permitting there will probably be 3-4 per year)
Skillset:
Proven experience in a customer service environment - excellent time management, telephone manner and email communication skills
Some marketing experience either in a professional or personal capacity
