Role: CRM Manager
Full-Time
Location: Manchester City Centre
Company: B2C Fintech Company
Salary: £30,000 to c£37,000 per annum
Are you an experienced CRM Manager looking for a new role with an exciting new company? Do you want to be in the driving seat regarding what Customer Communications will look like? If so, we have the perfect role for you.
The Role:
*Developing Customer Communications
*Building Marketing Automation Programmes
*Testing and Learning New Practices
*Collaboration with Marketing and PR teams
*Involvement in Referral and Loyalty Schemes
*Manage Push Notifications
You:
*Proven experience in a CRM Marketing Role (This role will suit someone who is not a full tilt technical CRM nor a pure Content CRM professional but someone who sits in the middle and who can do the reporting, look at data and is analytical)
*Experience with dotdigital platform strongly preferred OR a relatable system
*Microsoft Dynamics (desired)
*Great Copywriting and Editing Skills
*Analytical and Data Driven
*Customer Focused
*GPDR Knowledge
*SMS & Push Notifications Knowledge
