CRM Manager or Senior CRM Manager depending on experience
Full Time : Full Time role based in Germany. Hybrid - mix of Office Based and Work From Home.

Salary: Euro 55k-circa 90k & relocation assistance up to Euro 1500 DOE

This is an opportunity to become a CRM Technical Specialist with an international company. The focus of the role is on Email, Push Notifications and Mobile App.
The Role:
Develop Marketing Campaigns
Conduct Regular A/B Testing
Analyse User Data
Project Management
E-Marketing and Push Notifications
You:
Proven experience in CRM with email and push notifications via an App experience
Hubspot or Adobe or Salesforce essential
Strong Organisational Skills
Fluent in English - Essential. Fluency in German or another European Language an advantage.
B2C Sector experience ideally including Betting or Gaming or Gambling or Mobile App or Ecommerce or Retail or Airline industry or bluechip organisations or B2B experience with an interest in gaining B2C experience. Large database experience an advantage but not essential.
You will not be responsible for direct reports in this role but will work as part of an experienced team.
Transactional communication essential
Either experience in cross-selling, upselling and incremental sales or an interest in developing this skill and training will be provided when you start.
"Html coding" experience is essential. The successful candidate will be able to build and send out emails and app communications via Salesforce, Hubspot or similar by themselves.
