CRM Director
Based in Munich, Germany or ability to be on-site in Munich a few days a week
Full-Time role in a mid size international company (1,000 employees approx)
Salary: Up to Euro 150k base & relocation package if required

Do you understand The Customer Voice and how to use data to better understand the customer?

Are you well versed in being responsible for all transactional emails and messaging regarding a full suite of product range?

Do you have proven experience in improving a business via multichannel?

Do you understand the connection of The Customer Journey?

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director with CRM knowledge to join our client in their Munich based offices. As the CRM Director you will provide leadership to a team of CRM managers via the day-to-day as well as future projects.
The Role:
*Guide the existing CRM team to within overall company goals
*Maintain cross-channel marketing strategy
*Optimize commercial performance of campaigns
*Lead the team by improving the way the company utilizes customer data
*Partner with marketing and product teams to achieve coherent campaigns
*Provide a coherent message via all channels with customer focus at the centre
You:
*Strong background in CRM & Loyalty and a strong creative capacity
*Project Management skills
*Proven track record in performance and achieving goals
*Fluent in English. Other languages including German an advantage but not essential
*Automation streamlining, machine learning
*Stakeholder engagement and negotiation
*Proven experience in an international company
*Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Helium
*Analyse research data
*High Attention To Detail
*Strong Verbal/Written Communication
*Collaborate with Other Teams Successfully
*Client side or service provider/consultancy background
