We are working with a leading global B2B organisation who have an immediate requirement for a Marketing Manager for a 3-6 month contact.

As Contract Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in the Group's re-positioning of the company as it transforms itself from a purely product proposition into a fully data-centric business.

You will support their Head of Marketing, and work closely with the Country Marketing Teams to create direct value for the business, ultimately through lead generation and pipeline development attributed to the campaigns and other activities undertaken by the Marketing Team.

Activities & Responsibilities:
-Collaborate closely with international and cross functional teams to design and implement a CRM strategy that positively impacts business growth & revenue
-Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
-Explore and discover data-driven insights that drive growth in customer acquisition
-Design, execute, implement and optimize cross-functional pipeline generation and acceleration programs for specific, targeted accounts and contacts

Experience Required:
-Strong experience in B2B business, ideally having worked on all elements of the marketing - with an emphasis on CRM Campaigns, Social Media or Events
