Change Manager - Professional Services UK wide My client is a global consulting and advisory firm with a reputation for innovation and exceptional service. Their leading Change Program within the business requires further support with an additional hire of a highly experienced Change specialist. As Change Manager, you will own the delivery of change management initiatives for market leading strategic projects. You will take responsibility for directly leading and delivering change management on innovative major initiatives, owning change activities including impact assessment, communications plan and delivery, change measurement and business readiness. You'll also take responsibility for embedding change by providing support, guidance and education to Project and Change Managers and the wider Regional Operations team to ensure successful implementation of change methods for all projects. You will maintain oversight of project impacts and populations impacted, initiating actions to minimize disruption to the business.
The successful candidate will have: * Significant experience managing change in a large organisation. * Project and Programme Management experience. * Transformational Programmes & Change experience also beneficial. * Thorough knowledge and experience of change management approaches, methodologies and tooling. * Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders from across the whole organisation
