Working in collaboration with the Project team and HR this commercially focused and well respected organisation seeks an experienced change professional to deliver an ambitious internal communications and engagement strategy across the wider organisation.
Tell me about the role
As Change & Engagement Specialist you will be pivotal in helping to build an internal working culture that motivates and enables the business. You will create and deliver strategies and interventions to minimise resistance and maximise engagement. Using your engagement and internal communications expertise you will bring clarity and meaning to complex subjects.
You will be responsible for all communication activities and the organisational development strategies and programmes. In addition to providing coaching and support you will design and deliver development workshops, events and initiatives, ensuring fitting communication tools are applied.

Strong stakeholder relationships across the business are key, alongside the ability to craft clear and concise eye catching, written communications across a wide breadth of techniques including digital & channel communications.
Experience of successfully supporting delivery of complex projects from start to finish is essential. You will need to be a self-starter with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
