Brand Activation Manager - 6 Month Contract

Brand Activation Manager (Digital)
*To manage, co-ordinate and execute the brand activation strategy and calendar across digital channels, to ensure strong SOV, engagement and sell-through
*To create and land engaging and locally relevant content, in line with the brand positioning
*Continuously look at new innovations to engage the consumer and drive sell through
*Collaborate with the digital marketing teams to ensure continuous alignment of digital strategy
*Measure and track brand share of voice versus competitors across all channels, using the data to drive improvements and deliver best in class execution
*Build solid relationships with internal Brand (Global/Europe/Local) & key account teams to maximise and extend relevant brand stories, ensuring consistency across retail, OOH, event & digital channels
*Measure and report the effectiveness and commercial success of the account activation plans to influence future improvements both internally & externally

Key Relationships:
*External customer marketing team

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
*Solid experience in marketing, across brand / digital / retail / campaign / content creation
*Strong understanding of key digital marketing channels and trends
*Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure in a constantly changing environment
*Strong commercial awareness, including customer profile knowledge
*Experience in relationship management
*Strong reporting and analytical skills
*Demonstrated innovation with a proven ability to be flexible and embrace change, taking ownership to improve efficiencies
*Strong MS Office (excel, outlook, word, power point) skills and ability to adapt internal IT systems (Micro Strategy)
*Team player with solid communication skills and proven ability to work cross functionality
*Fluent in English and local language, both written and verbal

Requisite Education and Experience
*University degree desired
*Work experience in Marketing, preferably digital marketing
*Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree
*Industry experience preferred
*Full driving license and own car necessary
