About this role We are looking to recruit an exceptional Bid Executive for this high profile International Professional Services firm. You will support strategic pitches, bids and tender projects that deliver successful responses effectively and efficiently.
As Bid Executive will receive support from the Central Bids team and a Bids Administrator, freeing up time to focus on bid strategy, messaging, structure and overall content direction to create impactful bids that address the clients' requirements.
Bidding experience is of course a necessity, but you don't need to be a law specialist, and you don't have to be from a legal services background. Their team is made up of people from all kinds of industries.
Relevant Experience: -Extensive experience of managing bids, providing advice on approach and strategy -Writing and editing copy for client facing documents -Coaching presentation teams / playing the client -Legal or other professional services sector experience preferred
Key Skills: -Project and time management skills - juggling different bids and priorities at the same time -Managing, guiding and advising throughout a bidding process -Motivated and confident with good communication skills -Creative - providing creative solutions to a client's problems and able to visualise alternative ways of presenting information -Excellent writing skills and editing skills -Strong document production skills (MS Word and PowerPoint)
