Bid Manager
We are looking to recruit an exceptionally creative and innovative Bid Manager for this high profile International professional services in Birmingham. As an experienced Bid Manager you will manage and work with key stakeholders on the end to end bid management. You will lead on bid strategy, implementing a refreshed approach to the bids process and managing its roll out across the business.

You will lead on all aspects of bid response: prequalification, planning, structure, format, content, messaging, proofing and submission developing an appropriate and bespoke response strategy. You will provide project management for all areas of the bid, initiating client research providing coaching and guidance to fee earners regarding client engagement throughout the bid lifecycle.

The successful candidate will
Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with excellent project management skills.
Be an experienced Bid Manager or an experienced Senior Exec ready for the next step
Possess creative ideas and work with graphics to translate these into interesting and attractive client facing material.
Exposure to the professional services sector is highly beneficial
