Bid Manager - North West/Midlands/Yorkshire/London
My client is a high profile and dynamic professional services firm with a reputation for creativity and innovation. They are looking to recruit a Bid Manager to manage the most strategically important opportunities across the firm. You will work with key partners, the Business Development and Sales teams and key account teams to provide exceptional Bids & Pursuits advice and consultation.You will be working remotely with some travel to offices when possible.

You will qualify and identify opportunities to support developing a win strategy and value proposition with client teams. You will manage and co-ordinate client teams and ensuring all parties agree the strategy and deliver what's needed. You'll support key client Partners to identify any potential risks that could arise as part of the process. You'll also organise all Pursuit meetings from qualification through presentation coaching and post de-brief feedback.

The successful candidate will be an exceptional end to end project manager of the bid process but also an exceptional coach and advisor to senior stakeholders. You'll be able
to challenge when necessary and provide guidance through the key stages of the pursuit. An exposure to Professional services Pursuits and Bids would be highly beneficial for this role.
