£60,000 - £65,000 plus car allowance 


Are you an experienced Internal Communications professional who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments? Do you enjoy shaping comms that help colleagues navigate large-scale transformation?


We’re supporting the UK business of a global organisation with a rich heritage who are currently experiencing an exciting period of transformation. To help drive this forward, we’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager, specialising in Transformation Comms to join on a min 6 month fixed term contract.


The role


Reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, you’ll take the lead on transformation communications, ensuring colleagues are kept informed, engaged, and supported throughout ongoing change programmes. You won’t be doing it alone, there’s a strong Internal Comms team in place who will continue to manage day-to-day activity, while supporting you as you lead this project.


Your work will include:

  • Leading communications for change and transformation programmes.
  • Ensuring colleague voice, impact and experience are at the centre of every message.
  • Engaging an executive stakeholder group along with their leadership and wider teams
  • Leveraging a variety of channels while maintaining consistent tone, clarity and alignment with the wider business strategy.


About you


We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running. You’ll bring:


✔ Strong internal communications and engagement experience in a complex organisation.

✔ A proven ability to design and deliver compelling transformation communications within a corporate setting.

✔ Confidence influencing stakeholders at all levels, with excellent written and verbal skills.

✔ A calm, pragmatic approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Please note, this role is c3 days per week onsite as a general rule of thumb, however some weeks may be more, some less dependent on business need.
