Expected Skills & Qualifications
Several years experience in search and selection
Proven track records of developing effective relationships
Experience managing expectations of candidates and stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Ability to analyse data and use it to provide insight
Fantastic attention to detail
The average UK annual salary for a Talent Partner is £47,000. This can rise to around £70,000 in London. Talent Partners in the north of England can expect approx. £43,000 per year. Talent Partners may receive additional benefits and bonuses (Reed, March 2022)
