Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the sales strategies for a business

  • Creating profit targets and enabling the Sales team to meet them

  • Developing client relationships

  • Identifying business opportunities

  • Representing the business at networking events

  • Managing and developing the Sales team

  • Reporting Sales data

Expected Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience managing a team

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Good business acumen

  • Ability to motivate colleagues

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good organisation and planning skills

  • Ability to analyse data and report it back
