Head of Campaigns
A Head of Campaigns is responsible for planning and coordinating the promotion of a product, including advertising, media campaigns, etc.
Responsibilities
Developing marketing campaigns to gain new business and build repeat customer base
Manage the camapigns from inception to execution
Measurement of marketing campaign performance
Compiling regular reports of campaign results
Use data and feedback from previous campaigns to improve future campaigns
Recruitment and training for the marketing campaign team
Overseeing organisation of promotional events and trade shows
Expected Skills & Qualifications
A degree in Digital Marketing, Business, or Communications
Over 5 years experience in marketing campaigns
Previous management experience
Excellent communication skills
Solid Project Management skills
Abilty to effectively problem-solve
Good knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing
Exceptional organisation skills
Knowledge of current marketing trends
Salary
The average UK annual salary for a Head of Campaigns is £54,500. This can rise to around £100,000 in London. A Head of Campaigns in the North of England can expect approx. £49,000 per year. Annual bonuses are common for a Head of Campaigns, alongside other benefits. (Glassdoor, March 2022)
