Nathan joined our business as a Contract Resourcer for our Manchester office in August last year with no previous recruitment experience. Fast forward to March 2018 and with a thirst to learn, resilience in abundance and an unshakeable determination he’s been promoted to Recruitment Consultant. That’s right, in just 7 months!
In Nathan’s Words
“Before I decided to get into Recruitment I was made aware that “Recruitment” was branded as a bit of a dirty word.
However, since starting at Adam it’s been anything but that.
The reason I chose Adam over other agencies was mainly down to their honest and personable approach.
As of my first day I’ve been a student of the Adam ethos which is putting the candidate first and just genuinely caring about the people we represent. It basically boils down to giving great customer service and that’s what has been ingrained in me from the very beginning.
I strongly believe that its due to putting this philosophy into practise mixed with a combination of hard work and determination which has brought me my promotion.
That, and constant guidance and tutorage from all the team here as Adam, despite the constant ridiculing for being a City fan I can honestly say I’m chuffed to say I’m now looking forward to hopefully much more success and promotions.”
