Job description

We are working with a Manchester based technology business which, for all the right reasons, is recognised as one of the rising stars in the North West as a Technology growth businesses. Attracting the "right" people to their business is paramount to their success; enter this role. Joining a relatively new People function which is embedding best practice principles in a really contemporary quality way, this Talent Attraction role will play a pivotal role in establishing the recruitment function. Essentially from scratch, the role will initially be operational & delivery focused; you'll need to roll your sleeves up and open your recruitment toolbox.

Let's be frank, this talent attraction role isn't for the faint-hearted. There will be working at pace and also at volume when the business is awarded projects. You'll need to be a true business partner to internal stakeholders, imparting best practice recruitment principles and sticking with the process as the business adapts to change.

So who are you? You are truly passionate about recruitment; and will still get the buzz of working hard to attract excellent candidates. You will be values driven, care about what you do & have high emotionally intelligent to work well & efficiently with everyone you come into contact with. You will have previous experience of recruiting both permanent & interim candidates. Experience of recruiting tech or developer roles and also consulting professionals would be highly preferable. Key to your success will your ability to network in these candidate networks & build talent pools for the now and the future.

It may be that you have a recruitment consultancy or an in-house background. The most important things are your professionalism, aptitude to deliver what us is required (sometimes at pace) & to enjoy what you do.
