My client- an established and reputable public sector organisation within Higher Education- is looking for a Student Marketing Team Leader to join their growing Student Marketing Team on an 18 month contract. Providing line management to the Faculty Marketing Staff, this role will contribute to the development and execution of the faculties marketing and operations plans.

The Student Marketing Team Leader will be responsible for the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, including online, offline and events marketing, and contributing to the creation of new course marketing material, line management duties such as staff reviews and development as well as identifying and managing performance issues. Working with internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, widening participation and outreach colleagues, this role will act as a business relationship partner and point of contact for colleagues needing student marketing support, taking part in operational and marketing meetings and committees.


Student Marketing Team Leader- Requirements

-Degree level education in a relevant subject or a professional Marketing/ Communications qualification (CIM)
-Relevant administrative and management experience, backed with evidence of success,
and appropriate specialist knowledge of marketing within a higher education setting
-Strong background in large digital campaigns management
-Strong experience in web and social media marketing
-Experience project managing the creation of student-facing web content
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


The salary range for this role is £32,236 to £39,609 DOE
