Job description

I've got a fantastic opportunity for a consciousness and customer service-focused individual to join an award-winning University as Student Engagement Coordinator. In this role you will champion great customer survive and nurture relationships from research point all the way through to offer. The main objective of this role is to increase both student acquisition and retention.

In this role you will

  • Own and provide leadership to developing and continually improve the Student Member journey and touch points to drive optimal experience and satisfaction.
  • Partnering with the Professional Development and Networks teams, to contribute towards the development of the global Academic partner and acquisitions strategy.
  • Partnering with the Marketing department to oversee and manage the development, planning and execution of acquisition, prospect conversion and retention campaigns, programmes and initiatives.
  • Contributing to wider member experience projects, programs and initiatives as and when required, acting as the voice and champion of the student member.
  • Working with local market/regional teams, to ensure a consistent and market responsive approach to the execution of global student acquisition, progression and retention strategies.
  • Ensure student engagement is consistent throughout application process.
  • Strategically involved in the areas of development - increasing applications and retention.
  • Be able to have the emotional intelligence to engage and develop relationships with the students both over the phone and in person.

Experience required

  • 3+ years in customer service/recruitment role
  • You must be target driven, have excellent people skills and is a clear thinker and communicator.
