Senior HR Business Partner - North West - Upto £70,000 plus car and bens - Permanent

While this business has evolved significantly over the years they retain a rich heritage and maintain strong roots in the region. The HR team has followed suit having also been on a journey of transformation and today is a valued and critical function which blends both people and business priorities. The workforce is diverse with a blend of both operational and corporate teams and HR supports all areas of the business ensuring messaging is consistent and systems / processes are fit for purpose.

The role of Senior HRBP will be a high profile position, working exceptionally closely with functional leadership team members and helping them to lead their teams through significant business change, and associated OD programmes. As a sounding board and trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will advise on how to drive performance in their teams and identify key talent ensuring development plans are in place while also coaching and guiding leaders to achieve their personal goals. Equally you will lead on the recruitment of key leadership hires advising on the best processes to follow and appropriate routes to market. Leading a small team you will also support their development and ensure they reflect the high performance and strong standards of service in the team. You will lead on a variety of projects including health & wellbeing and engagement, along with taking responsibility for complex ER cases if and when they arise.

To succeed in this role you must demonstrate previous HR Business Partnering experience gained from diverse and commercially driven environments. You will have an extensive toolkit including extensive experience of change management, transformation, talent management and exceptional employment law knowledge, along with being a supportive leader.

This business have implemented a hybrid working model, with c 3 days in the office per week, and travel between North West offices.

The salary on offer is upto c£70,000 plus a car allowance and additional benefits.
