Senior HRBP - c£70k - £75k - 6 month FTC - Part time available (3/4 days) as well as full - Location flex (ideally no further North than Manchester / Lancs due to potential ad hoc travel requirements)
This national business are going through unprecedented change and transformation off the back of a great couple of years business wise. The current change programmes are focused on further developing and improving their infrastructure and service to ensure they are future proofed and well positioned for further growth.
As a result of this backdrop, the existing HR team are working on multiple projects and programmes along side the BAU and therefore they are looking for a Senior HRBP to join them on a fixed term basis to support and be an extra pair of hands during this busy time.
Responsibilities will vary but you can expect to pick up projects such as org design pieces, complex employee relations cases and informal coaching and development conversations with leaders and the Exec. You will also be a real support when it comes to landing and rolling out comms around change, and potentially get involved in some of the short term activities around this.

This would suit a Senior HRBP with a wide variety of generalist and project based experience who is looking for something interesting and varied to get stuck into over the next six months. They are able to offer this on a part time basis - 3/4 days but can also discuss full time if required.
Currently the business are working fully remote therefore location is flexible, however as restrictions ease some travel may be required depending on workload / safety etc.
