Job description

Senior Brand Manager - London

At BOL, we're on a mission to inspire the world to eat more plants. And to help us, we're on the hunt for a superstar Senior Brand Manager to join the Brand & Marketing team, powering us through our next phase of growth with world-class strategic thinking, insight-driven product management and driving killer creative and execution.

The Role in Brief - What You'll Be Doing
A stretching role for someone looking to catapult their career in Brand & Marketing, you'll tap into your many years of experience in a FMCG giant or scale-up to help build and lead a world-class marketing team with the Head of Brand Marketing.
*End-to-end ownership and management of the total Marketing Mix across our 4 product markets: Veg Pots, Super Soups, Salad Jars and Dinner Boxes, with more to launch in the next 6-18 months.
*Bring intimate consumer, market and trends insight into every decision taken across our business. Spell out the implications and be the catalyst for action in the business.
*Knock the socks off our growing base of customers with best-in-class brand plans, establishing BOL as the flagship brand to take the plant-based movement mainstream.
*Absolutely own the numbers. Have your finger tightly on the pulse of not only our business but our customers' and competitors' too.
*Work closely with a tight-knit crack team of the best in the business (think ex-Innocent, L'Oreal, Unilever and Graze) across Commercial, Product, Ops and Finance with plenty of face time with our leadership team.

Who We're Looking For
*First and foremost, you're a massively passionate and inquisitive marketer, and a grafter who churns through work, delivering quality every single time.
*You'll have bags of experience (probably 4 or more years) across a broad range of marketing disciplines from insight & research, data, P&L management, positioning, product, pack, pricing, creative and activation. Project management experience is a must.
*You'll be a dab-hand at dealing with customers and their partners (e.g. Dunnhumby and i2c) and comfortable managing a network of agencies and freelancers.
*You've got off-the-scale attention to detail and organisation and are top of your game at motivating and managing teams of varied experience levels.
*You're chomping at the bit and keen to make a big impact on our triple-bottom-line (people, planet and profit) from day dot.

You'll get
*We've got huge growth ambitions over the next few years, delivering market-leading plant-based products and communications so it couldn't be a better time to join BOL. You'll have a pivotal role in delivering these big, bold plans to inspire the world to eat more plants.
*You will be part of a small, dynamic and ambitious team with great opportunities to have a significant impact on our wider business as well as directly on our plans for the coming months and years.
*In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you an exciting, challenging role in a fast-growing and dynamic business. Oh, and free beer and prosecco on the roof terrace of our Paddington-based WeWork studio and year-round early Friday finishes. Can't say fairer than that.

If you think you have everything we're looking for and more, then we'd love to hear from you.
