Here at We are Adam, we're supporting a highly successful service led business based in South Manchester in their search for a Reward Manager. Fast paced & ambitious, they have weathered the Covid storm and are focused on building for the future. Heading up reward and leading a team, you will be joining a passionate wider HR team and will be focused on curating & delivering a first class reward strategy.

The role is responsible for the full reward & cycle & key agenda items will include but not exhaust:-
*driving reward & recognition
*managing pay review, bonus, incentive schemes, benefits (incl. relationships with third party providers)
*salary banding and pay modelling
*job evaluation
*lead on reward projects & internal reward committee
*overseeing the effective delivery of payroll
*responsibility for the HRIS system & provision of insightful people data commentary

As the champion for reward, you will provide insightful reward advice and support to the wider HR team, enabling them to provide a salient & value added reward service. You will have a proven track record of success within a senior reward role, leading a team and will have operated at a senior level managing internal relationships and external partnerships. As the Reward ambassador to the business, you will play a vital role in delivering best practice and innovative reward strategies.

Salary is to £65,000 + excellent bonus scheme (track record of paying out), contributory pension, healthcare, buy/sell holiday scheme plus other softer benefits.
