Job description

A highly commercial Reward Manager is required to deliver reward strategy and projects for a renowned services sector brand. They are seeking an individual with broad reward experience to provide an internal consultancy service in all aspects of Reward, including flexible benefits, job evaluation, hands on exposure to remuneration review and analysis, formulation of recommendations and implementation of new reward structures.


This will entail working with and influencing key stakeholders in the business, external benchmarking and providing commercial recommendations for change that can be justified via business return on investment. You will need to demonstrate experience and knowledge of reward and recognition practices including pay models, job evaluation frameworks ad benchmarking tools.


Suitable candidates will have proven operational reward experience gained within a commercial organisation and will have a proven ability to implement innovative reward programmes.
