Working with managers across the business you will ensure they are attracting and selecting the best talent and enhancing their employee brand. You will work to improve overall competence and capability of individuals and teams, through developing and implementing appropriate learning solutions from induction, technical and behavioural skills.


Co-ordinating all training activity across the business you will develop and deliver continuing 'People Management' workshops. In addition to managing and co-ordinating all Apprenticeship activity, you will work closely with universities, to attract Graduate talent, for key roles across the business.

Working closely with key stakeholders and senior decision makers, you will be tasked with delivering effective resourcing processes across the business.


Graduate calibre, and preferably CIPD qualified, you will have proven in house experience of delivering an effective resourcing service. With a creative and resilient approach, you will be highly skilled in coaching and facilitating with strong influencing and communication skills.
