Recruitment Advisor (Internal) - South Manchester / Cheshire / Upto £35,000 - Permanent - Full / Part time considered

This role is a great opportunity to join a unique, relatively small but fast growing business who operate in a niche field.

With a diverse workforce which is constantly evolving and innovating, the Recruitment Advisor will carry out a full end to end recruitment role.

Working closely with managers you will provide support on current and future hiring needs, giving regular feedback on market conditions and using this insight to ensure the business remains a compelling proposition for potential candidates. You will actively source for critical positions, using linked in, networks, advertising and talent pipelines (which you will continue to nurture and build) and will be responsible for initial screening and then managing the interview process with the hiring managers.

The business is fast paced and commercially focused therefore you will be juggling a variety of vacancies, along with associated admin and stakeholder management. This is a hands on position, with fabulous access to the senior team here and the opportunity to gain some fantastic business insight.

The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience, gained from either an agency, in house or RPO environment, and ideally in a professional /white collar environment.

The client are open to candidates seeking part time hours as well as full time.
