Full Time (Hybrid with 2 days WFH)

Location: London

Salary: £30k - £35K DOE

We are looking for a producer for a highly successful integrated creative content agency, working with over 160 retailers from start-ups to some of the biggest brands and names in the world of fashion & home, put simply, they plan, create, and optimise content for their clients.

Overview of Role

As a Producer, you play an integral part in the company's production team. You are responsible for the end-to-end production of shoots produced within the agency. You will work for hand in hand with the client services team to deliver great work to clients. Creating content for premium fashion, lifestyle & homeware brands.

You will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of shoots, and all related production elements of projects working through the various stages and with the required teams.

You are responsible for ensuring that both the client's and the company's needs are met through strong relationships and excellent communication, ensuring that all margins are achieved and that the account(s) grow.

As a small and agile Production team, you will have exposure to a variety of projects and clients, meaning no one day will be the same. This role is great for a proactive, enthusiastic, and organised person looking for a career within a constantly growing creative agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce shoots across multiple clients, work closely with the requirements of Client Services, creative and post-production to get projects through each internal approval stage before delivering to the client.
  • Solid understanding of production processes and specific needs of photography versus video. Including the ability to develop a detailed schedule, maintain project timelines, call sheets, and manage budgets and logistics for timely delivery of assets.
  • Close collaboration with the client service team including accurate and objective interpretation of client briefs, understanding the requirements, expectations, and vision of each brief, and advising on production solutions.
  • Be comfortable suggesting the best production approach and key crew to make the production a success within the parameters of the client's available budget and the timeline.
  • Scout locations and obtain permits for UK location shoots where necessary.
  • Attend and support all studio and location shoots in the UK ensuring they are kept within structured timelines.
  • Organise and book models, castings and HMU artists
  • Manage the on-set set-up elements from pre-production to post-production.
  • Manage logistic implementation of shoots liaising with set builders if required.
  • You may have management for more junior team members and their development e.g. Production coordinators.
