The business

Our client is a highly commercial, & innovative SME organisation based in South Manchester within the tech sector. In support of a robust 3 year plan, they are focused on future growth evolving it's service to customers and developing employee experience. This Payroll & Benefits Partner role will be vital to that future success.

The role

Joining a dedicated People team, this Payroll & Reward Partner will report to the Head of HR; and will be responsible for the full lifecycle payroll process alongside the delivery of an effective & engaging programme of reward and benefits. You will be responsible for implementing, building & maintaining a flexible bens platform & all associated systems, alongside other related HR projects.

Working within a fast paced, commercial culture, you will focus on benchmarking benefits and providing insightful recommendations for change. Using best practice reward techniques and knowledge, you will have a clear focus on what engages colleagues & why.

The candidate

CIPD L5 qualified you will have previous experience in a similar role focussed on payroll, pensions and benefits with excellent legislative knowledge and understanding. You will be a strong communicator, and comfortable handling queries from employees across the business, along with dealing with third party providers. You will also have great knowledge of systems and enjoy working in a process driven environment. This role represents an excellent opportunity to utilise your knowledge within a highly successful and evolving business environment, and perhaps step up from a Payroll Adviser role.
