Marketing Manager | Professional Services | Manchester
My client is a successful and highly regarded professional services firm who service a wide range of businesses based in the North West and nationally. Supporting a variety of diverse businesses, from start-ups to large corporates and professional service companies their exceptional client service means that we are able to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients. This newly created role aligns to the firms key focus to drive the practice forwards in its next stage of growth.

The Role
To manage business development and marketing activities for the Practice in a way which promotes the profile of the business, develops relationships and enables revenue growth. To be achieved through the development of clear marketing strategies and business plans, and management of an aligned range of marketing campaigns, communications and client targeting. To work with the Partner Group to manage resources within the firm in order to ensure plans are delivered in a timely and efficient manner, and to the highest quality. To develop strong relationships with the partners to encourage active engagement with, and support for, the firm's marketing and business development strategy. To work with the Practice's Agencies and assist with managing digital content.

Key responsibilities:
Build and manage brand profile
*Review and manage marketing collateral, implement effective marketing campaigns
*Manage referral and intermediary network, work on behalf of the partnership to develop links with external organisations who are potential introducers, referrers or clients.
*Support lead generation activities - tracking, recording and prioritisation
*Research and analyse market trends, demographics, competitors
*Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing and communications campaigns and strategies
*advise the Firm on CRM best-practice and advocate for a more strategic use of the CRM solution
Key skills & experience
At least four to five years marketing experience in a professional services environment
Strong analytical skills. Commercially aware and astute.
A self-starter, who can work on own initiative and is proactive in developing ideas and solutions.
Well developed persuading and influencing skills, with the ability to manage at a senior level without having direct line responsibility.
