We're helping our Utilities client find an experienced and efficient Full Mix Marketing/Communications Officer to join their Business Support team in Coventry. You will be working in a B2B & B2C (50:50 split) environment across channels digital, print, videos, door drops, billboards, organising events and will have agency support.
The purpose of this role is to provide additional support to the Business Support and Communications teams. You'll actively demonstrate and promote the Values of the business, and positively contribute to a customer-oriented approach.
You'll provide communications support to the business and ensure that all multichannel marketing communications campaigns are measurable and meet business outcomes. Protecting and building the brand will be a key part of this role. You'll brief and oversee the work of both internal and external agencies, as well as writing, editing, and proofreading copy for marketing materials.
Ensuring that the brand and identity is adhered to in all campaigns and in all communication, channels will be a key part of this role. You'll maintain regular measurement of campaign ROI and ensure the accuracy of marketing materials. You'll also help in administrating the website, social media, and other content channels to reflect the current business areas and user requirements.
The Ideal Candidate
Full mix marketing background with a focus on Marcomms, internal & external comms, copywriting, video, project management, social media and an understanding of customer is suitable for this role.
The ideal candidate for this role be a strong communicator, with experience delivering multichannel marketing campaigns. Reporting, Booklet or brouchure writing an adavantage. They will possess the ability to manage and prioritise complex and competing communication issues whilst maintaining high standards.
They will possess the ability to write, edit, and proofread key messages and content, and will keep up to date with current market trends.
They'll possess a high level of understanding of complex organisations and proven experience of working within a multi-stakeholder environment. A proven track record of delivering measurable multichannel marketing communications campaigns will be required.
A degree-level education is required, alongside demonstrable professional development. A professional Marketing, Communications or equivalent professional qualification is also essential to the role.
