What's the role?

Learning & Development Manager up to £80,000 with an EXCELLENT benefits package. The role is agile, with weekly/biweekly travel to London.

As Learning & Development Manager, the role will focus on designing a first class, contemporary Learning & Development programmes; which will be career enhancing & maintaining a culture of continuous learning. Not unsurprisingly, they are have exacting professional standards, & you will need to have excellent stakeholder skills especially around communication and influencing; to gain credibility from the business and promote the value of such development programmes. The main aims of the development strategy is to drive a high performing culture, promote best practice as "business as usual", have highly engaged employees & have the right future skills in the business as they evolve & grow.

What are they looking for from a Learning & Development Manager?

You will have appropriate expereince of successfully designing & delivering a range of creative & contemporary development programmes including leadership, emerging & early careers that ultimately engage colleagues, support career progression & strengthen succession planning. Commercially, you will have sound knowledge of managing a sizeable learning budget, delivering learning interventions in a blended & agile manner & demonstrating ROI. You'll know who delivers the best programmes, and how to turn your hand to occasional delivery.

With relevant learning & development skills & experience from commercial environments (in which truly believe in developing colleagues to be the best possible version of themselves), the key to your success will be your ability to create engaging programmes which bring the subject matter to life & resonate with colleagues.
