A high profile role within a high growth business, you will use your HR shared service knowledge & experience to ensure the employee service is the very best, and in turn help drive a high performance culture.

Effectively heading up the HR Shared Services function & leading a dedicated shared services team, you will be working within an energised HR function which is already performing well & committed to future development.

You will use your HR shared service knowledge & experience to ensure the employee journey is the very best, and help drive a high performance culture. Focusing on process improvement, continuous improvement & being a centre of excellence, you will be accountable for leading the team performance, outdelivering objectives & managing multi relationships both inside & outside the organisation. Technical ability & know how is important, however your customer first approach & how you go about delivering the role is vital.

You will have a proven track record of HR shared service experience using HR best practice principles within a commercial, complex & matrix structured organisation. Highly desirable will be previous experience from large fast paced, service focused, customer centric organisations.

This role would suit an ambitious, confident HR shared services leader with highly honed coaching & influencing abilities and particular strength in managing credible multi stakeholder relationships. Additionally, you will have strong financial acumen, technical systems know how & required to translate metrics and trends into meaningful data for the business.

The role will accommodate home working - potentially half the week in a North West based office & the rest from home, and they are effectively set up to accommodate remote working.
