HR Manager: Permanent: Skelmersdale: Paying £40,000 - £48,000 + Benefits
A great opportunity has arisen with our client, a leading manufacturer, who are looking for an exceptional HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The HR Manager will work in a stand-alone position reporting into the HR Director and will be responsible for all generalist HR activity on site including:
* Change Management
* Recruitment
* Coaching and Mentoring
* Employee Relations
* HR Projects
* Stakeholder Management
* Health & Safety
In order to be considered for this role, experience working in a generalist HR role in a stand-alone position is essential as well as the following:
* Manufacturing experience is crucial, ideally gained within a food manufacturing environment
* Familiarity with BRC, SMETA
* CIPD qualification to L5 or above
* A strong and confident character with an approachable, calm and friendly manner
* Can work autonomously with no supervision, reporting into a remote manager based off-site
* Highly computer literate and a competent user of Microsoft Office
* A confident communicator with the ability to connect at all levels within the business
