We are delighted to be partnering a very exciting business in their search to find a HR Manager. This is a great opportunity for a highly driven senior HR Advisor wanting to develop their HR career further.

Working autonomously across the business and reporting directly into the CEO, you will be accountable for advising and guiding across the full spectrum of generalist HR. You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with your key stakeholders, and ultimately delivering a best practice, first class HR service.

While encompassing both operational HR and projects the role will entail extensive amounts of administration, you will need to be highly organised and have an eye for detail. You will manage employee relations in a pragmatic and commercial manner in order to resolve issues quickly, while protecting the business from risk and ensuring the fair treatment of employees.

Preferably CIPD level 7 qualified and a proven track record of delivering HR in a dynamic and fast paced setting, you will have a confident & driven approach to HR. You will strive under pressure to implement pragmatic HR solutions.
