Job description

We are looking for a well-established, innovative business partner to join a highly successful business as regional HR Business Partner. The role requires frequent travel and will cover sites across the South and Midlands regions, Northamptonshire or Oxfordshire would be an ideal base. Focussed on learning & development and talent management it will be crucial in supporting the delivery of a robust HR service across the business.

With strong stakeholder management you will be able to create relationships, motivate and influence. You will be expected to train and coach leaders across the business. Working closely with HR Advisors and offering guidance you will be highly skilled at dealing with complex ER cases. Supporting the business through change, you will develop talent and succession plans and support the learning agenda.

Graduate calibre & CIPD qualified, you will have had a proven track record of delivering HR within fast paced and commercial environments, you will need to be meticulous, dynamic and autonomous. You will need to be accustomed to change management and working with white collar employees. Good understanding and experience of resourcing, benchmarking and metric delivery is required for this role.
