circa £45-£50k + bonus and benefits
Hybrid working, 2 days in office

We're on the lookout for an aspiring HR Business Partner for our client a highly successful professional services, values led group of organisations at a pivotal stage in their development. Poised for significant growth the business is looking to supplement their small HR team with this key hire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and ambitious senior HR Advisor or Junior HRBP to step into a more senior role & gain more tangible HR Business Partner expertise.

The role:

As HR Business Partner you'll be joining a small dedicated HR team supporting the Chief People Officer, Senior Leadership Team, and employees across multiple offices, coming up with creative and innovative HR solutions. Working across the generalist spectrum; helping to design & deliver added value HR that will engage, develop & retain, and in turn underpin business performance by providing a first-class HR service.

Your opinion and input matters, and you will be instrumental in supporting your stakeholders to manage their people effectively, in line with the values of the business & the wider business strategy. The role will be a true blend of operational and strategic HR, supporting an inspiring HR leader, you will have the opportunity to be heavily involved in change management and project work.

The ideal candidate:

You'll have previous relevant experience in a similar role, with gravitas and confidence when communicating and influencing senior leaders. A high level of knowledge and understanding of employment legislation is essential, with a desire to continuously learn and improve your skillset. We're looking for someone who is open, engaging, and collaborative, with a pragmatic approach.

You'll require the ability to remain resilient, calm and measured even when dealing with tricky situations and conflicting priorities. You must be approachable, proactive, and results-driven, focused on promoting first-class best practice HR in line with company policy and procedures.
