The organisation is rapidly evolving, this part-time HR Advisor will be fundamental to their ongoing success.
The role
Working autonomously and on part time basis (3 days) you will report into a remote HRBP. Advising on best practice policy and procedure the role will be very operational in nature with remote and virtual support of central HR shared services.
You will be the go-to person for all day to day people matters and responsible for all administrative tasks. In this end to end advisory role you will provide day to day HR guidance and lead on all employee relations.
Understanding key business drivers, you will deliver value add initiatives which will impact the bottom line and support the ambitious growth plans.
The candidate
Ideally CIPD qualified you will be a proven HR generalist with previous advisory experience. An expert in employee relations you will be highly skilled dealing with matters such as; dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence and redundancy.
