HR Advisor/Junior HRBP 12-month FTC
Remote will be moving to Hybrid, Merseyside base paying £28,000-£32,000 DOE

We are working with a well-established international leading healthcare business in their search for a HR Advisor/Junior HRBP to support on a 12-month fixed term contract to start ASAP. Reporting into the Senior Business Partner, as HR Advisor you will strengthen the efficacy of this small HR team by driving key HR projects and initiatives.

In this demanding and varied HR Advisor role you will be responsible for all associated administrative tasks and take the lead on; end to end talent acquisition, graduate programmes, payroll support, organising training, various projects and providing advice and guidance to line managers. As HR Advisor you will also be tasked with ensuring the recently introduced HR Information System is kept up to date.

We are looking for someone who embraces teamwork and can work at pace with excellent attention to detail, with a real passion for building a solid employer brand you will take great pride in your work. You will need to have previous experience in a HR Advisor role, responsible for end-to-end recruitment and managing projects. Understanding of HR Information Systems, in particular Success Factors is highly desirable. Previous experience of working within a Matrix structure, linking in with a wider group across international offices would be extremely advantageous.
