Job description
Job Title: Head of Marketing
Reports to: General Manager
Business: SME Consumer Business
Direct Report: 4
Location: Lancashire
Salary: Up to £65k base
Focus of the Role: Creating & driving the Marketing Strategy across on & offline channels, driving commercial performance, establishing a strong brand identity and assisting in overall business strategy in line with short/medium/long term business plans. B2B & B2C environment. (More groundwork required on the B2C side of the business).
Job Description - responsibilities include but not limited to:
Brand Champion & Increasing Brand Awareness: Working with key stakeholders re brand identity and roll out a 1 year plan
Marketing & Communications: Ensuring content integrity and brand continuity regarding communications
Digital Marketing: Creating & maintaining a strong & competitive digital marketing strategy to ensure the development & growth of the brand including: SEO, Social Media, E-mail, PPC &
Content
People Management: Managing a team of 4
Responsibilities will also include: Contributing on the strategic side, Budgeting, PR, Social Media, Research & working with NPD re product trend.
Experience & Skillset:
FMCG background with experience regarding product push on the high-street
Solid experience in Product Marketing (not category marketing)
Ability to work with multiple brands within a brand
Proven experience & confident in dealing with senior stakeholders
Creative, dynamic & forward thinking personality
Proven experience in people management
