Head of Campaigns
Job description
My client, a prominent public sector organisation, are looking for a Head of Campaigns to join their growing team in Lancaster. Heading up a team of 14, you will work alongside a Strategic Communications Manager to bring the Marketing and Communications teams together, and be responsible for constructing a Campaign Framework for the whole organisation. You will take responsibility for the whole customer journey, creating a content led approach to Marketing and raising the visibility and credibility of the Brand.
Head of Campaigns- Responsibilities
-Providing leadership to the Marketing team, including setting clear objectives and regular reviews
-Implementing effective marketing strategies and plans
-Utilising customer insight to inform marketing plans and decisions
-Establishing guidelines and best practice for executing multi-channel campaigns
Head of Campaigns- Requirements
-Significant experience in leading successful campaign creation
-Full marketing mix experience including Digital Content, PR, Events and Experiential Marketing
-Experience of audience segmentation to create targeted campaigns
-Confident with online analytics tools, CRM and CMS
-Ability to manage budget, resources and funding
-Professional marketing qualification or membership of a professional administration body
-Public sector experience an advantage
The salary range for this role is £49K-£53K
