Graduate Recruitment Specialist: Permanent: Manchester: Paying £32,000 + amazing benefits

Our reputable professional services client is currently looking for an experienced Graduate Recruitment Specialist to join their team on a permanent basis.

As the Graduate Recruitment Specialist, you will report into the Recruitment Manager and you will be responsible for providing an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish as well as the following:

* High volume recruitment for a variety of roles
* Direct sourcing of high calibre candidates to meet hiring manager and vacancy requirements
* Building talent pools of suitable applicants for all vacant roles
* Initial CV screening, telephone interviewing through to
* Utilising a variety of sources to support effective direct sourcing such as Broadbean, job boards, LinkedIn etc.
* Efficient use of the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring all records are accurate and well maintained
* Attending various careers fairs, graduate fairs and events to promote the company and enhance the brand
* Managing and reviewing the organisations agency PSL
* Stakeholder management
* Providing an exceptional recruitment service, delivering constructive and timely feedback to all applicants
* Design and run various recruitment training sessions and workshops

In order to be considered for this role you must have proven experience of working within a fast-paced recruitment role, agency or in-house, as well as the following qualities:
* Experience of working on graduate recruitment campaigns is essential
* Experience in running assessment centres and delivering recruitment training sessions
* Experienced in recruiting for all levels within a business up to director level
* Experience of working to targets and tight timeframes
* Adept at managing a high-volume workload
* A strong user of LinkedIn and a variety of social media channels
* Strong rapport building skills
* A confident and charismatic individual with a genuine passion for recruitment
* Tenacity and gravitas
