This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-calibre Full Stack Developer to join an exciting advertising agency based in the heart of Surrey. On a day to day basis, you will be primarily responsible for taking head-turning designs provided by designers within the studio and building them for use on the web. This can vary from responsive HTML emails and animated banner ads to full-scale web builds where they primarily use the Vue.JS framework. However, they are willing to consider applicants with expertise in similar frameworks.
You will also be responsible for maintaining legacy builds, the majority of which are built upon the WordPress PHP framework.
In addition to this, you will work closely with the internal marketing team to ensure the agency website is updated appropriately and business operations, such as the designs of monthly newsletters, are developed and executed to the highest standards.
Aside from your skillset, you should also be a people person. You should be confident and able to work closely with individuals in all departments: client services, studio and the internal marketing team.
Good experience required in: *MySQL *Building HTML emails and banner ads *WordPress websites *PHP (5.6+) *PLESK Administration Panel *Basic Linux Administration
You should have 2-3 years commercial experience of developing and building creative assets such as HMTL emails, banner ads and full-scale web builds. You should have previous agency experience and the ability to work both in a team and on your own initiative.
