Job Description: Do you have an appreciation for fast-paced nature of retail? Responsibilities: Strategic planning of brand campaigns and content execution to maximise ROI whilst maintaining a consistent online and offline brand image and messaging Develop and implement the digital strategy across the business brands to build brand awareness and ultimately lead to conversion, Lead and implement the social media strategy, to deliver best in class execution, grow communities and engage with brand advocates Develop and maintain a cross functional project calendar and ensuring that this is executed in collaboration with the wider business. Align digital strategy with customers to drive customers to stores/online. Ensure the company's product strategy is supported through engaging messages and storytelling Overseeing all projects from end to end to ensure that the message is maintained and executed accordingly Ownership of all customer communication and content whether online & offline Overall responsibility for social content strategy in all platforms. Deliver regular evaluations, KPIs, and report activity to senior management Budget management
Skills: Min 4+ yrs Digital Marketing, client side or agency side experience considered Understanding of ROI, appreciation of fast paced nature of retail Hands on experience across digital marketing channels - email, paid search, paid social, Some knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics Excellent working knowledge of existing and upcoming social media platforms Solid multi-tasker, excellent attention to detail Experience of managing budgets Bsc Degree in Marketing **This role would also suit a senior digital marketing executive who is wanting to take a step up into management **Opportunity for some travel , attending approximately 3 trade shows in Europe , USA
