Contract Senior Marketing Executive
Job description
We are working with a leading B2B organisation who have an immediate requirement for an experienced Senior Marketing Executive on a 2-month contact.
As Customer Marketing Executive will report to the Regional Director, Field and Channel Marketing and own a variety of marketing campaigns, customer enablement programs, events and communications to support upsell, cross-sell and increase customer reach.
This is an opportunity to develop a new and exciting role within the field Marketing team and expand the charter for customer marketing. The role will work closely with the Global Customer Marketing team, and regional customer experience, upsell and marketing teams, to identify priorities and localised campaigns for local market consumption and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
As Customer Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:
-Communications - Supporting the creation and distribution of the monthly customer newsletter, along with ad-hoc business and service updates.
-Campaign planning and management - Analysing customer data and new product developments to identify potential upsell/cross sell/adoption opportunities and liaising with key stakeholders to develop and execute targeted campaigns.
-Events management - Working alongside the regional events executive to organise customer focused events such as customer roadshows, hospitality events and customer advisory boards.
-Customer reference program - Developing the UK customer reference base to ensure we have customer advocates across different sectors, roles and sizes. Organising customer spokespeople for events and managing the production of video and written case studies.
-Content Generation - Creating the necessary creative briefs and managing the production of the customer focused collateral and resources.
-Reporting - Providing regular report cadence of lead and opportunities generated through customer marketing campaigns. Analysing results and using alongside feedback for future campaigns.
Essential Skills and Experience:
-2-3 years marketing experience working in B2B technology industry-
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
-Previous experience of managing integrated campaigns and event management
-Highly organised, experienced multi-tasker, ability to adapt and excellent time management and prioritisation skills
-Well suited to high growth, dynamic and entrepreneurial environments
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
-Previous experience of using Marketo and NetSuite would be advantageous
