My client is a provider of housing and community services, owning and managing more than 12000 homes, they focus on meeting the specific needs of communities, and they are looking for a Business Insight Manager to join their team in Manchester. Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Insight, you will manage the Business Insight Team, providing relevant information, analysis and insight to enable strategic decision making, developing a culture of analysis and insight across the business.


Business Insight Manager- Responsibilities

-Providing insight to help solve business problems and recommend change and improvements across the business
-Creating predictive models to inform future business strategy
-Producing, analysing and disseminating business and management information including performance reporting, monitoring and benchmarking information
-Delivering a central research and development function
-Developing on ongoing customer research programme


Business Insight Manager- Requirements

-4 years experience in a similar role using research, analysis, statistical processes
-People management experience
-Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
-Knowledge of legislation and the data needed to submit regulatory returns
-Background using SQL database management systems
-Experience using Power BI or other business analytics solutions
-Degree level education in a relevant subject


The salary range for this role is £39524 to £42187 DOE plus benefits
